This summer I’ve been obsessed with mangoes…I just can’t get enough. Mango smoothies, ice-cream, fro-yo, you name it! So I wanted to have some fun and try my own spin on the mango flavor by making a summer classic: popsicles!
2-Ingredient Mango Popsicles Recipe
*Makes 4 medium-sized popsicles
-1 mango, scooped
-1/2 cup coconut milk
Optional: Coconut flakes for garnish
1. Blend until smooth
2. Pour into freezer molds, insert popsicle sticks + garnish with coconut flakes
3. Freeze for 35-50 minutes, or until solid
These are so fun, absolutely delicious and super healthy. Not to mention, really fresh + taste soo good on a hot day! I hope you can give them a try!
