Happy January everyone!
It’s a cold, icy day here and I was really craving something warm and sweet, but a little bit different than the traditional drink…sure, hot chocolate is a snow-day classic, but there are plenty of ways to spice it up! I messed around with a few ingredients and came up with this amazing DIY chai-spiced hot chocolate. Served with (lots of) marshmallows and maybe a piece of toast or biscuit, it’s the perfect afternoon pick-me-up!
