Recipe Roundup :: Fall Edition

We are completely into fall now, and I am so, so happy! This chilly weather is making me crave all kinds of seasonal treats, and my Pinterest is absolutely filled with fall recipes. I thought I would share a couple of my favorites with you in case you are in need of a little seasonal inspiration!

I love sweet potatoes and they just seem like such a “fall” ingredient. These sweet potato waffles look absolutely delicious and would be such a unique idea for your next brunch!

You can’t have fall without apple cider, and these donuts just scream autumn flavor! I mean the apple spice, vanilla, cinnamon…what could be better?!

Pumpkin cookies with cream cheese frosting. What could be more autumnal? I make these cookies every year and can personally attest to the fact that they are addicting. Waay too delicious!

Let’s just be honest with each other…sometimes salads can get a little boring! But don’t worry, this apple quinoa salad is just what you need to change things up a bit. It has all of the signature flavors of apple, walnut & cranberry, along with a delicious homemade dressing.

  3. AH spiced apple cider donut holes! Those sound amazing. I tried to make pumpkin spice donut holes earlier this season and it didn’t work out so well. Maybe I’ll try these for Thanksgiving morning!

    I did make some caramel apple cider over the weekend. SO GOOD, but a little on the sweeter side…talk about dangerous. But so yummy!
